| The organization, Earth Temple Inc., is the first Bi-Racial
American environmental and wildlife group in the world. Earth Temple
is organized and operated by members of diverse ethnic and religious
backgrounds. The organization is engaged in educational and charitable
community projects. |
| Earth Temple has two programs: Operation Getting
Over Disaster which focuses on disaster relief from floods, tornadoes
and hurricanes. Our second effort: G.O.D. (Getting Off Drugs)
focuses on the desire and demand for drugs and the education required
to eliminate addictive behavior. |
| Earth Temple also sponsors the four day event called
"Urban Homecoming" (held the first weekend of August). The
event is dedicated to environmental and wildlife awareness in the
urban community. |
| Two educational programs: "Earth Temple Speaks"
and "The Godbrother" have been produced by Reverend Hodge
since 1992. These programs are televised in Columbus for Community
Channel 21 television. Program times are Sundays at 8:00 p.m. and
Friday afternoons at 12:00 p.m. |
